Zapadnaya Litsa is a location Lara visits in Tomb Raider Chronicles.
It is a real naval base located in northern parts of Russia, on the westernmost point of the Kola Peninsula. [1]
Tomb Raider Chronicles

Lara must infiltrate the naval base in order to get into the submarine and then closer to finding the Spear of Destiny.
