History
The Ankh was an Egyptian hieroglyphic charater that read "life". The symbol represents eternal life, making it the general meaning of the Ankh. Egyptian gods are often portrayed carrying the Ankh symbol by it's loop, but the origin of the symbol remains as a mystery.[1]
Appearance
Cross-like shape, decorated with symbols.
Powers
The Ankh is not known to have any special powers. In the end of the level Obelisk of Khamoon it's used together with the Seal of Anubis, the Scarab, and the Eye of Horus to open the entrance to the Sanctuary of the Scion.
